Bill grew up in Alexandria, Virginia -- the product of some of the best public schools in his neighborhood. After being the only Caucasian on his breakdance squad, the only Caucasian on his mile-relay track team, and one of three Caucasians on the T.C. Williams nationally ranked football team, Bill earned the nickname “that white boy is crazy.” He had bad teeth, a worse lisp, horrible acne, bowl-inspired haircuts by his artistically challenged dad, and often wore a nylon hoodie with tuffskins. This ensured the status of his virginity until well into his senior year.

The youngest of three boys, Bill also survived 17 years of noogies and getting pinned down and farted on. Finally, he escaped to the Ivory tower of Princeton University, where everyone thought he was an amalgam of white trash and "wannabe" because he was often seen wearing Geranimals with parachute pants and fat laces. The were right. Luckily, Bill had ADD and managed to ignore this while getting his BSE in Aerospace Engineering and graduating cum laude. He also helped found a Hip-Hop dance company called "Body Hype." Because of this, within certain circles at Princeton, Bill earned the nickname "that kid thinks he's black, here he comes, just ignore him."

Upon graduation, Bill realized he was a little too stupid to be a rocket scientist and decided to hop the art train, heading to NYU graduate school to get a MFA in Acting. MFA, of course, is short for "Mother and Father Annoyed."

Since NYU, Bill has created and/or performed roles in the New York or world premieres of "Gross Indecency: The Three Trials of Oscar Wilde", "The Exonerated", "Burning Blue", "A Devil Inside", "Hellhound on my Trail", "The Secret Narrative of the Phone Book", "Sex and Longing", "Ears on a Beatle", "Hot Keys" (with his acting mentor, Jeff Weiss), and many others. Bill has also done about a dozen films, most noteworthy "Evenhand", "Just for Kicks", and "Recipe for Disaster". He has also done roles in "Sex and the City", "Oz", "Law and Order", "The Beat", "Feds", "All My Children", and "One Life to Live."

Currently, Bill lives in New York. He also teaches Kundalini Yoga, dances like Usher, and sometimes tutors underprivileged children in math. No bull.
