Open Mic and Showcase information

Would you like to perform at the world famous Laugh Factory in Hollywood? Come perform for us at Open Mic. We look forward to  watchi 2-3 minutes of your strictly G-rated prepared material. Must be over 18 to enter the club.

 Open Mic starts at 6:30pm on Tuesdays. Sign up is at 5pm; signing up grants you a spot on the following Tuesday's open mic (not the day you sign up). Keep in mind that we accept the first 10-15 people on average and comedians usually line up hours before the sign up time. You are only allowed to perform open mic once every 4 weeks at the Laugh Factory. If your 2-3 minute open mic performance goes well, you will move on to showcase. Showcasers perform for 6 minutes and are not restricted to G-rated material. Showcasers can move on to become a Laugh Factory regular.
